We highly recommend Brent Ringoot.  He was in our corner all the way. Initially, we were just looking but not planning to make an offer and Brent was happy to show us around. When he showed us a house that exceeded our purchase criteria, we had to go for it. Brent gave us some tips to sweeten our offer, and even though we were outbid, Brent was able to get the seller to accept our offer. Later, he successfully negotiated a price reduction to cover needed repairs. The escrow on the house we were selling was supposed to close before the escrow on the house we were buying closed, but when it got extended, Brent successfully negotiated a longer escrow for the house we were buying, Brent stayed in constant communication with us throughout the process. He recommended contractors to put in the bids for the repairs, which will be completed after we move in. he stayed in communication with our lender and the agent who sold our house, so we were always on the same page.
